PSCB DEV Registered Users - Profile Update
The PSCB User Profile page has been completed. PSCB is requesting all registered users to update their profile information by 2/15/2026. As PSCB prepares for upcoming renewal invoices it is important that the primary contact and all other information is correct for each school district. An accounts payable email address and phone number are required. Renewal invoices will be sent to the listed accounts payable email.
Note: The accounts payable email should not be the same as the primary contact email.

Instructions for updating your account profile
|
|
Login to the PSCB DEV website.
|
Click the Account link under your name on the website Start Page.
Click the Edit Profile menu link.
Click the Edit Profile button to begin editing.
Review and edit you profile information.
Click Save Changes.
|
Note: If there are no changes it is important that you still click the Save Changes button. This will confirm that your profile was reviewed.

PSCB DEV Pro Custom Reports - Check for Plugin Updates
|
Due to numerous recent enhancements, it is important that users keep their PSCB DEV Custom report plugins up to date. To facilitate this process a new Check for Custom Reports Plugin Updates page has been created.
|
Note: The PSCB DEV Pro – Custom Reports (Base Module DA) v26.1 plugin needs to be installed first in order for the Reports Plugin Updates page to display the correct update information.

Navigate to the following location in PowerSchool to view this page.
|
Click the System Management link in the left Navigation Menu
Click on the PSCB DEV Pro Custom Reports Management link.
Click on the Check for Custom Reports Plugin Updates link.
Review the Plugins Version List to determine which plugins need to be updated.
PSCB DEV Pro Custom Reports - Plugin Updates
Plugin: Incidents Version 26.1.1
Report: Incident Search
• Incident Date now sorts both ascending and descending dates correctly.
• Incident description is now a fixed width column formatted to wrap text.

Plugin: Scheduling Future Year Version 26.1.1
Reports: Course Recommendations / Course Recommendations Not Given

• Corrected issue with duplicate recomendations appearing in the report results.

PSCB DEV Pro Custom Reports - PDF Button
The PDF button has been removed from PSCB DEV reports. The button did not have page configuration options for formatting the PDF document.

The PRINT button now has a SAVE as PDF option. Page configuration options include Layout, Paper Size, Pages per Sheet, Margins and Scaling.
